Using Bakers
Bakers provides a workflow and data platform for off-title due diligence. It is a tool to standardize and organize the work. It does not provide legal advice and does not make legal judgments. Your firm remains responsible for reviewing every output and for the legal decisions on each file.
Accuracy and review
We work to keep the off-title library accurate and current, including through verified, opt-in updates from Bakers customers and participants. The instructions can change without notice at the municipal level, so every recommended search and its instructions are intended for your team to review and confirm before relying on it.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Pilot access is provided on the terms agreed with your team at the start of the pilot.
