What we collect
Account information you provide (name, firm, email), the property and search details you enter to run an off-title workflow, and standard usage analytics that help us improve the product. We use a privacy-respecting analytics setup and do not sell personal data.
Your file data stays yours
Your file, property, and party details are not shared through Bakers' opt-in instruction-update network. When your team chooses to contribute an update, only the instruction detail you select, such as a fee, contact, or portal link, is shared. Nothing about your specific file leaves it.
How we use data
To operate and improve the service, support your team, and maintain the accuracy of the off-title library. We do not use your file data to make legal judgments. Bakers organizes the work; your legal team reviews and decides.
